Busy, Busy, Busy!

And yet not a lot to share that's likely to be of much interest. :)

Scott is busy with a super-secret commissioned project that's currently in its final finishing stages. Boy is it pretty! We will share it here once it's been delivered, but until then, you'll just have to trust me.

Meanwhile, it's nearing the end of the school year, and it seems like we've got things to do there multiple times per week until school ends on June 15. And that, combined with gearing up for a regional skating competition that starts June 17, means we're crazy busy.

Meanwhile, I both made my first Etsy treasury and we got included for the first time in someone else's treasury. Yay! For those not as familiar with Etsy, a treasury is a collection of items available for sale on Etsy that fit a theme chosen by the treasury's creator. In theory, being included in a treasury helps get more eyes on your work, and the more eyes on your work, the more likely you'll get a sale. Anything to get noticed!

Since we've got rollerskating on our brains here lately at Foster's Beauties, I made a treasury of items I thought were cool that fit my rollerskating theme. The hard part was limiting them to just 16 items, the max that can be included. You can check out my treasury here.

And earlier this week, Scott's quilted maple (solid) wood bowl was included in a treasury of items for sale from PDX Etsy Team members.

And because every post needs a photo, here's one of my kid getting ready to participate in a brief play at school earlier this week:
